Dr Luan Tran

Doctor/Practice Principle

Dr Luan Tran is a graduate of Monash University. He has been working in general practice since 2000 after having worked in various public hospitals in the area of internal medicine for a number of years. Luan is also fluent in Vietnamese. He is an active member of the Richmond Football Club and the father of 3 young boys.

Dr Sairah Andrabi


Dr Sairah is one of our lovely female General Practitioners. She has a special interest in women’s health, paediatrics and chronic disease management. Private fees may apply to consults.

Dr Samanthi Somawansa


Dr Samanthi Somawansa works Wednesday and Friday’s at PFGP. She enjoys all aspects of general practice having special interest in eye, ear and skin conditions.

Dr Jenny Zhan


Dr Jenny enjoys all areas of general practice. Her areas of special interest include women’s health, managing chronic disease and caring for the elderly. She works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at PFGP.

Dr Nita Sharma


Dr Nita Sharma works in the clinic on Tuesday afternoon and does telehealth on Friday. She has special interest in aged care, women’s health and chronic conditions. She also works Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at the Village Baxter, Clarke and Grant Centres.

Dr Piotr Kalan


Dr Piotr’s areas of expertise include men’s health, aged care/geriatrics, complex medical and psychological medicine and travel medicine. He is able to speak fluent Polish, and consults on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s. Dr Kalan also visits the Baxter village on Thursday mornings in the Clarkes Centre.

Dr James Dobbing


Dr James completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne and worked in a variety of hospital services through St. Vincent’s and Peninsula Health. He was drawn to a career in general practice for the variety of patient presentations and the continuity of care that general practice provides. His areas of interest include paediatrics and sports medicine, and in his free time he enjoys a long run or catching a footy game.

Dr Rohit Katal


Rohit works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Peninsula Family General Practice and also works at Village Baxter Aged Care. He enjoys all areas of general practice, having a particular interest in men’s health and performs minor surgery including skin excisions.

Dr Tim Wittick


Tim grew up locally and undertook his medical studies at Monash University. He completed his hospital based years through Western Health and has since spent time working in general practice in Melbourne, overseas and in rural Victoria before settling in Frankston. He enjoys the diverse nature of general practice and has a particular interest in child and adolescent health, also working at Headspace Frankston. Outside of work he values time spent with family and exploring the outdoors.

Cecilia Zuo


Dr Cecilia was trained in Gold Coast Queensland, after graduating with a degree in Doctor of Medicine, she spent years working in a tertiary centre in Queensland.
She has gained a wide range of experience in emergency, pediatrics, surgery and a variety of medical subspecialities, including general medicine, cardiology, endocrinology and gastroenterology.
Dr Cecilia is affiliated with Griffith University and Bond university as a lecturer and is involved in medical education, research, student assessment and other academic activities.
Special Interest: Women’s health, Dermatology, Diabetes management, Chronic disease management, Preventative Health, Mental Health, Travel Medicine, Children’s Health
Cecilia works Monday to Thursday. She commences with PFGP on the 5th of February 2024.

Dr Ruth Lai


Ruth is a GP registrar committed to providing quality healthcare to Melbourne’s south-east. She was raised in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, graduated from Monash Medical School in 2019 and undertook her junior doctor years at Eastern Health. Ruth enjoys the full breadth of general practice and welcomes patients of all ages. Outside of medicine, Ruth plays various sports including volleyball, futsal and badminton, and is involved with her local church.
Ruth works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays commencing the 5th of February 2024

Dr Cameron Payne


Cameron grew up in NSW before moving to Melbourne to study medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Melbourne and completed his hospital-based years locally at Peninsula Health, gaining experience in several specialty units before commencing General Practice training. Cameron enjoys seeing patients of all ages and loves working with patients to improve their overall health. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and little girl, working in the veggie patch, or out camping and bushwalking.”
Cameron commences at PFGP on the 5th of February 2024. He works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Dr Rebecca Chan

Nursing Home Doctor

Dr Rebecca Chan works in Aged Care at Vasey RSL Park. Her particular interests include skin cancer prevention, women’s health, and preventive medicine, however Dr Rebecca enjoys seeing all types of presentations. She strives to always provide empathetic, holistic, patient-centred care that is based on evidence-based medicine. She is also fluent in conversational Cantonese and can communicate in Mandarin to a lesser degree. Dr Rebecca works Thursdays. On her days off, she is busy cleaning up after her pet cockatiel, Frankie.

Nursing Home GP

Graduated from Monash University before completing residency through Eastern Health.

Enjoys all aspects of general practice with a special interest in caring for the elderly.

Outside of work, like to keep active and recently adopted two senior rescue cats




Jessica is a registered nurse and has been a part of PFGP since October 2022. She is extremely passionate about making her patients feel comfortable and safe, taking special interest in paediatrics. When not at PFGP, Jessica enjoys going to the gym, paddleboarding, spending time with family and friends and most importantly her Labrador.



Laura is a registered nurse who joined PFGP in November 2020 and has been an integral part of the team since. Laura is passionate about making her patients feel welcome and cared for. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends whilst getting outdoors and adventuring new places.



Lara joined our clinic in January 2023. She is a Registered Nurse and Midwife of 15 years, with a background in Mental Health Nursing.
She enjoys many different aspects of Nursing and Midwifery and has a special interest in women’s and children’s health.
Lara has a non-judgmental and gentle approach and is very passionate about making her patients feel as comfortable as possible.
She is a mum to three young children and is kept busy exploring new parks, playing at the beach and enjoying delicious meals with her family.

Rebecca Robertson


Rebecca is passionate about primary health with a special interest in geriatric care. In her spare time, she enjoys studying, day trips with her family and trying new things.



Maddi is an endorsed enrolled nurse with experience in aged care. Maddi thrives to provide excellent care and comfort to all her patients, Maddi is non judgmental and happy to assist anyone. Outside of work Maddi likes spend time with her friends and family, and going to Pilates.

Adam is an experienced sports podiatrist who specialises in foot and ankle musculoskeletal diagnosis. He has a special interest in plantar fasciitis heel pain. Adam can also conduct diabetes foot assessment and provide general footcare, footwear advice and nail surgery.

Fulvia Dee


Fulvia Dee is an Australian-based health professional. Fulvia is trained as a Psychologist and has a practice located in Frankston.

Christina Moss

Social Worker/Clinical Counsellor

Chrissey provides clinical counselling and psychological support for clients from AccessEAP and through her private practice, Anchor Clinical Counselling Services.
Chrissey has postgraduate qualifications in social work, clinical counselling, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness meditation techniques. She uses these skills to maximise counselling sessions so clients feel sessions are designed primarily around their needs. It’s a great way to maximise the support I offer, and clients can choose what support and strategies feel comfortable for them. Chrissey specialises in complex trauma, traumatic stress, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss.

Irin Saju


Irin completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from Monash University in 2019 and Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from LaTrobe University in 2023. She has gained extensive experience in private practice and hospital setting, where she has catered to a diverse range of clients. She has worked with clients with both acute and chronic conditions.

Irin’s interest includes assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal physiotherapy conditions. She is passionate about working together with her clients in understanding and improving their health outcomes.

Outside of work, Irin enjoys road trips, trying new cuisine and watching movies.

Jane Fletcher


Jane is an experienced psychologist with a Masters in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy. Jane has worked primarily in adolescent clinical and educational settings. Over the past 3 years, Jane has consulted in a paediatric psychology practice in Frankston and a general psychology practice in Armadale, working with adolescent and adult clients. Jane draws on psychodynamic and developmental theory, blending this with other evidence-based interventions across a range of presenting problems. Jane works Saturdays in our psychology centre. Dr Kim Roffel

Clinical Neuropsychologist

Kim is a Clinical Neuropsychologist who offers therapy & assessment services for people (18yrs+) & their families affected by brain conditions.
She has a special interest in acquired brain injury (e.g., stroke, traumatic injury, etc) & age related brain change (including dementia & behaviour change).
Kim is passionate about promoting quality of life after injury/diagnosis with a focus on independence, emotional adjustment, & social connection.
She adapts & tailors psychological interventions to fit each client’s preferences & needs. Her approach is collaborative – often involving family, health professionals, & support networks.
Since completing her Doctorate of Psychology (Clin Neuro) in 2008, Kim has worked in public hospitals & private health services in both Australia & UK.
